Training class registration

Obedience School To register for a class, we need a completed application plus a copy of your shot records. You do not need to pay until orientation night, although it might save you a bit of a wait in line if you do. We strongly recommend that you attend the orientation, which will cover learning theory, training mechanics, safety, equipment, and house rules. Please do not bring your dog to orientation.

Please be sure to bring a copy of your most recent shot records or ask your vet to fax them to us at 866-370-7821. Puppies need to have their second series before being exposed to other dogs, all other dogs should be current on vaccinations according to their vet's recommendation. Titers are accepted.
For payment, we accept cash, check (please make payable to PDX), or charge (Visa or MasterCard only).
